The Impact of Your Giving: A Thank You from Isaac

As the school year ends, we celebrate our graduates and the impact of your support. Please read this heartfelt letter from Isaac, a graduating student whose life has been transformed through Haiti Empowered. His words are a powerful reminder of how your generosity provides education, meals, and hope for a brighter future.

“Hello Everyone, and a special greeting to my sponsor. Thank you for supporting Haiti Empowered. Thanks to the mission, I'm close to finishing school. Education has had a big impact on my life, especially because of the support from my teachers. Their encouragement helped me stay focused and motivated. The meals have helped me when I didn’t have money for food—I did not go hungry because of this program.

I also didn’t have money for transportation, but the mission provided a bus to take me to and from school. The trade school has been very beneficial, teaching us skills that can help after we graduate.

Please pray for me to achieve my dreams and succeed in my exam. I would like to become a linguist because I'm passionate about languages. I want to study how people use languages and use that knowledge to help people communicate more effectively.

God has done so much in my life. He allows me to come to school safely every day and keeps me in good health.

I'm asking you to please continue helping other children in need because they truly need your support, just as you helped me. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help. Your help has changed my life, and I'll never forget it. I love all of you."
